초고속영어독해방법 (5)

공부한 독해지문중 모르는 단어를 명사,동사,형용사 정도로 해서 영영단어를 5개 정리한다. 

예컨데, 리더스뱅크중학기본 42번지문에서 future, soft, fold, information, download를 정리한다면 다음과 같다. 

[영영단어정리] 

1. future : The future is the period of time that will come after the present, or the things that will happen then. 

2. soft : Something that is soft is pleasant to touch, and not rough or hard. 

3. fold : If you fold something such as a piece of paper or cloth, you bend it so that one part covers another part. 

4. information : Information about someone or something consists of facts about them. 

5. downloal : To download data means to transfer it to or from a computer along a line. 

첨엔 영영단어 찾는것이 고역이고 힘들게 느껴지지만 찻는 횟수가 거듭하면서 점점 빨라지고 영어사전에서 단어를 찾는것 만큼 스트레스는 사라진다. 

그런 다음 학생으로 하여금 2개를 선택해서 암기하게 한다. 

엄마나 선생님은 학생에게 보지 않고 그 암기 한 단어를 외우게 하고 뜻도 말하도록 한다. 

난 이렇게 하고나서 일주일이 지난 부분을 무작위로 물어봤을때 여전히 그 단어를 영영단어를 쏟아내는 것을 보고, 내가 선택한 방법이 탁월한 선택이였다는 것을 확인했다.
